As a founding partner of Obadia & Stasi, he represents clients before criminal, commercial, and disciplinary courts, as well as the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). He has pleaded in numerous high-profile cases across the financial, industrial, and healthcare sectors. His expertise in healthcare criminal law has led him to advise AP-HP and medical professionals for several years.
A long-standing advocate for human rights and civil liberties, he has served as President of LICRA since 2017, following previous roles as Vice President and Head of the Legal Commission.
