Holding a degree in Law and Political Science from the Catholic Institute of Paris, Lucas also graduated from Dauphine in law & management and holds a Master 2 in Public Economic Law from the University of Paris Panthéon-Assas.
After an initial experience at Tilder as a mission officer in public affairs and strategic communication, he joined Altermind, where he worked on regulation strategies, public advocacy, and public affairs, particularly in the fields of transport, infrastructure, and services. In 2022, he moved to Capgemini Invent, where he supported public sector players (ministries, central administrations, agencies) in managing strategic projects and digital transformations. Since 2023, he has been a senior consultant at the Tilder firm, assisting the general management of major groups (CAC 40, SBF 120) and startups in designing and implementing influence strategies.
He is also the Deputy Mayor of the City of Neuilly-sur-Seine, one of the youngest of his age in a community of this size. Since 2020, he has been supporting the local associations in developing activity offerings and coordinating the youth city council.
