Caroline Faucher-Winter is a strategic networking consultant and a seasoned Public Relations and Media expert with over 20 years of international experience working with innovative technology companies.

She supports French startups and scale-ups in their expansion into the United States, leveraging a deep understanding of transatlantic business dynamics and a strong network of decision-makers, investors, and industry experts. As a Senior Strategic Public Relations Advisor at Kalamari, she advises innovative companies on their B2B communication strategy between Europe and the U.S. She also plays a key role in mentoring French entrepreneurs through The Galion Project, where she leads the U.S. network.

As Co-President of La French Tech New York, Caroline has been instrumental for over seven years in structuring and energizing the French-American tech community, fostering synergies among entrepreneurs. She is also an Operating Partner at C4 Ventures, the investment fund founded by Pascal Cagni, and is both an investor and advisor to several French and American startups.

Committed to diversity and female leadership, Caroline has dedicated over eight years to promoting women and minorities in entrepreneurship and tech, particularly as a Board Member at Actives.

Caroline has lived in the United States for 20 years and is based in New York City.

She holds a Master’s degree in Communication from EFAP and a DEUG in Biology/Biochemistry from the University of Strasbourg (Louis Pasteur).
