A graduate of EM Lyon, Alice Zagury entered the tech world first through collaborations between artists and engineers, and then a growing passion for entrepreneurship emerged. The digital landscape of the 2010s, with its culture of openness, rapid iteration, and meritocracy, offered a powerful alternative to traditional career paths. This led her to launch, within the association Silicon Sentier, Le Camping, France’s first startup accelerator—a pioneering initiative aimed at supporting the next generation of entrepreneurs.
In 2013, she co-founded The Family, driven by the belief that entrepreneurship can be a force for societal transformation. Over the years, The Family has supported hundreds of startups, helping them become industry leaders, with success stories such as Algolia, Payfit, and Heetch.
Beyond startups, she also co-founded Le Collège Citoyen de France, an initiative dedicated to fostering new leaders and promoting citizen engagement in politics. Whether in tech or the nonprofit sector, her goal remains the same: to create ecosystems where ambitious and grounded individuals can thrive through action and contribute positively to society.
