After completing his studies in the humanities, focusing on History and Modern Literature, Alexandre Dimeck-Ghione embarked on a career with a leading firm in the assistance and insurance sector, where he specialized in repatriation and client relations.
His profound commitment to human rights led him to join, in 2020, the team of the minister responsible for gender equality and combating discrimination.
Initially serving as an advisor on reform initiatives, he later became the special advisor to the Minister of Citizenship. He continued his work in this role at the Secretary of State for the Social and Solidarity Economy and for Community Life.
As of February 2024, he has assumed the role of Chief of Staff at Tilder partners.
